We are pleased to offer many of our most popular classes.
Our new classes, workshops and foundations programs are now available. Whether you are looking to improve your knife skills or want to learn the secrets of Thai cuisine, we have a class for you. Space is limited so don't wait!
All of our classes are hands-on and you get to eat what you make. Classes generally last from 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Saturday workshops begin at 9am and last about 7 hours including a break.
Foundations Programs
We now offer a new format for Culinary, Baking and Pastry and Advanced Cooking. Each of these programs meets twice a week for a total of 8 sessions. We are also introducing a culinary management course. These programs are ideal for those looking for a more in-depth experience than the single session workshops and classes.

Now in its fifth year
Our summer programs for children are unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. Our camps have children ranging in ages from 10 to 17 who are interested in cooking. Some have little or no experience while others see themselves as chefs in a few more years. All interested children are welcome to attend our program. Click here for our camp package.
